Pandemic-Proofing Your Therapy Skills While At The Same Time Building Stronger, Long Term Business Foundations

Through the Covid 19 experience, we’ve learnt a harsh but essential lesson about how exposed and vulnerable our livelihoods are when they rely solely on “face-to-face” delivery. In this presentation, we’ll explore a range of ways in which you can add new revenue streams to your business, using specifically your manual therapy skills, and show how a relatively small incremental growth in 2 or 3 of these different business streams can significantly impact your bottom line and ensure the survival of your business.

This will not only help you survive current or future threats like Covid-19, but will help you to build a much stronger, more stable long-term business. It will also cover the marketing activities and marketing structure you should have in place to bring these (and any future) new revenue streams to life. You’ll be surprised that it boils down to just 4 or 5 simple activities that combine to form a solid marketing foundation on which your business can grow and thrive. There will be time at the end to take questions about anything discussed in the session, or any wider marketing-related questions that you might have.
