Working with conflict survivors in Bosnia and the UK

This is an afternoon workshop led by Liz Fosbury & Rosemary Thomson

This workshop focuses on the work of the Healing Hands Network (HHN) who support people who are suffering from the mental, physical and emotional after-effects of war, and who may be suffering from PTSD. They offer support in our clinic in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina and several outreach locations to people suffering after-effects of the Balkan War. They also work in the UK supporting Veterans, Serving personnel of the UK Armed Forces, and their families.

This workshop looks at how you could become part of this team and more generally how to approach working with sufferers of PTSD.
